Latest update from E-Complain shows failure in UAE'S Judicial System: Update: 2008.01.08

I recently contacted E-Complain to file a complain with the local authorities about the 4 year delay in processing my case. No assets of the criminal have been seized, no money has been payed and neither has the crook been imprisoned. The latest reply from the Government shows that either the system is corrupt in favor of their local people (Supporting crooks in this case) or has not justice.
