2nd update on E-Complain confirms failure of UAE Judicial System: Update: 2008.01.19

After failing to come to a conclusion with the courts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Deewahn I decided to rewrite E-Complain again to notify them of failure to resolve this case after 4 years. What possible good does it do for people to take locals to court, pay local court fees and lawyer fees to have the case pardoned after?? Not only does the victim get screwed once by the local national of the UAE but then gets screwed over once more by the government when the government pardons the local without either one of them paying their dues. Why go to court if neither one is going to pay? When one goes to E-Complain they tell you that there is nothing they can do. Their Judicial system should just ban all lawsuits against local nationals but why do that if they can collect another 10% from you in court fees ??
