Check Fraud in Dubai

I wanted to place an advert in the paper for wanted person and the police would not allow it.

I wanted to place an advert in the paper for wanted person and the police would not allow it. The government would not allow it and the newspaper said that the government would not allow them publish anything in the paper about any wanted locals. So all one can see in the local newspapers was wanted Pakistanians and Indians.. Locals were protected by the government regardless of what they did. I went to court to file a lawsuit against this person and they said that I had to pay 10% of the amount in court fees and had to have a lawyer file the suit which was another $5,000-$10,000.. I had to pay another $20,000 just to sue this Local Bastard! The Police Headquarters in Dubai where I went to file the complaint with were very friendly and helpful but I found them all smiles in the fornt with no actions being taken or done. They always said at the end that the Police in Abu Dhabi was off of their Jurisdiction and there was not much that they can do. They also said they found it weird that there was some sort of cover from the Police in Abu Dhabi and said that this may have something to do with Family. I was told that it was best not to aggrivate them. There is definitely corruption in the Emirates which in this case is not for the good but for the bad as People Scam Honest businessmen who are trying to make a living and the government protects the local con-artists.

The dark side of Emirates
The laws in the Emirates are quite bad. There should be banking regulations and laws where when one bounces a check and has a police complaint all his accounts should be frozen till the debt of the bad check is cleared. This Man who wrote me a bad check has an Account with the Bank Of Abu Dhabi, he writes bad check from the smaller banks and deposits them into the other Bank. There is no system in the Emirates to protect people from being cheated or being scammed. The Emirates has two sides to it. The sunny and beautiful side with the Sheikh smilling on one end and the dark side of how locals earn their money by cheating foreign businessmen. I have tried endlessly to get my money back for 6 months only to get nothing back. This is all backed by the Government of The Emirates that supports Locals which commit Crimes that they do not get punished for. Is this what Islam teaches them in the Emirates..? People that fast and prey 5 times a day to Rob and Cheat people of their honest earned money..?

I made this website to warn all people from taking checks from Local Nationals in The Emirates. The first 2 months I was not able to sleep. I spent over $1,000 on overseas calls to the Police Station only to later receive a call from the Person who wrote me the check to tell me quit calling and wasting your time the police will not be able to help you nor will they help you do you not understand or get the picture..? Do you not see or understand ..? If they wanted to get me they would have gotten me a long time ago. All I have to say , Is what a corrupt country and system that exists in the Emirates. Why could I not place an advert in the paper to ask the locals to help me find this person? Why could I not ask the locals to help me find him by sending out flyers...?? No flyers , no newspapers..?? In every newspaper you see pictures of wanted men!

What is so special about an Emirate National that is a Con-Man who cheats people out of their money..? He is a thief that should be punished.
