Government sponsors local crroks and thieves Update: 2004.05.15
Ibrahim was finally arrested by the local Authorities after 1 year on the Run. He had over 25 Fraud charges pending against him when arrested at a fake address where he resided with a Russian Prostitute in Abu Dhabi. The police said they were unable to trace him in Abu Dhabi as the system in the Emirates had no addresses on the locals. He was released from Prison in just over 1 months time by the government. He had cheated people millions of dollars and the governement knew of all the charges he had pending against him along with all the lawsuits. They released him without paying any of the people he cheated. He is out now cheating more people and can not be found.

These acts by the government show that the government sponsors local crooks and thieves by pardoning them from jail or prison. If you are going to pardon someone at least pay their fines, settlements or dues. If you release them without doing any of the following then you are their supporter or sponsor.

How can the governement pardon a criminal who has cases pending against him in court? They governement charges 10% to file a lawsuit against the criminal in the courts and lawyers charge 10% service. Government does not allow reimbursement of lawyer fees either. People who have been victims in a case of fraud shuld be allowed for reimbursement of court fees, lawyer fees, damages and expenses incured for the case or lawsuit.

Until today newspapers are not allowed to publish articles about local criminals or wanted criminals. Till today I have not received my money back. I was cheated 324,000 DHMS payed 10% lawyer fees to file suit in court and 10% Court fees. Ibrahim was arrested and released or Pardoned without me receiving my money back, He admited guilt when arrested and I won the lawsuit in court. The people that had lawsuits pending against him were never notfied of his release. No money and no Ibrahim, the governement Pardoned and released him. Is this Justice ? Is this Democracy ? Is this what Allah teaches in Islam ? If you pardon a thief or criminal and relase him, at least pay his charges pending against him. System is either unfair, corrupt or Blind.
