As of today June June 28th I have not received a single Fils, Dirham or Penny from this local thief who conned me and cheated me of my money.

This Thief Ibrahim Mohammed hassan Ahmed is still a free thief who is not in prison or employed by anyone. Neither he nor the Government of Abu Dhabi has payed back a Fils to me or even bothered to contact me. The People over at the Deewan's office still play phone games with us along with the people at the Abu Dhabi Police Department.

He is out of jail and not working at the moment and the local authorities in Abu Dhabi have not done any thing about this until now. The sad thing about this is that this shows that there is no justice in the Emirates even though one has gone through court and won a court order which was issued by a Judge in Dubai (In this case uselss).

According to the Constitution under Sheikh Zayed he may have been pardoned and the Deewan would have payed on his behalf where he then would have to work and pay back the Deewan. In this case they let him go without paying me back a penny and without them paying me back a penny so in my eyes I can't seem to see a difference here between the two of them. If you free a crook without paying on his behalf then you are no less of a crook then the crook you freed!!
